Method

  • Pick two pretty glasses or glass bowls to show off the layers, and pop some of the granola and fruit into the bottom of each one.

  • Pour the smooth and silky Alpro Vanilla Pouring yogurt on top.

  • Put in another layer of granola and fruit, and add the rest of the Alpro Vanilla Pouring yogurt.

  • Finish off with the remaining fruits for some serious summer colour – a few nuts will add some extra crunch, too. Dip in and enjoy!

    • This is a sensational starter for a leisurely weekend brunch, plus you can make it fresh each time with whatever fruits are in season.

    • 2 tbsp blueberries
    • 2 tbsp raspberries
    • 4 tbsp granola
