Method

  • Preheat oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4
  • Mix all ingrediens EXCEPT the 100g of brown sugar and the extra 50g cocoa powder.
  • Pile the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
  • Mix the second 50g of cocoa powder with the 100g of brown sugar and scatter over the surface of the pudding.
  • Pour the hot water over the top.
  • Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. The pudding will rise up through the topping and be surrounded with a delicious chocolate fudge sauce.

    • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    • 50 g melted butter
    • 100 g brown sugar

    • 12 fl oz hot water
