Zero Carb Cauliflower Mash

Method

  • 1. Boil up a cauliflower until really soft
  • 2. Mash up until smooth with no lumps
  • 3. Add butter, salt, pepper and milk just like mash!
  • 4. Garnish with chopped chives or the green of sping onion.
  • 5. Enjoy!
  • Tips

    • Can also be made with Celeric. Add a little chilli powder for a bit of a bite!

    • Try steaming your cauli. I tend to do this now as it retains a lot more nutrients. You can lose up to 70 by boiling I've learnt recently. Also I sometimes leave out the milk and only add it if needed, this should help you. Lastly, I also now add Broccoli.

    • ½ cup milk
