Some fellow Low Carb Dieter gave me this recipe! Such a change from ordinary potato mash and much more slimming.

Try steaming your cauli. I tend to do this now as it retains a lot more nutrients. You can lose up to 70 by boiling I've learnt recently. Also I sometimes leave out the milk and only add it if needed, this should help you. Lastly, I also now add Broccoli.

I must have done something wrong with this mine just turned to a watery mush and made me miss mashed potato.
