Method

  • Get three identical glasses(preferably pint glasses)and line them up on your counter.

  • Put three mediums eggs in the first. Put flour in the second so that it comes up exactly level with the eggs in the first glass. Put milk in the third so that it is level with the eggs and flour in the others.

  • Throw the contents of each glass into a blender.

  • This should make 8 Yorkshire puds (maybe with a bit leftover). Make sure your pudding trays are in the oven with a little bit of oil in each section and allow the oil to get very hot.

  • Cook for about 15 mins.

  • Tips

    • The most important bit is to make sure the oil is seriously hot. Pour in the mix to each section and then get them back in the oven at 190/200.

DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR! They will be ready in 15 minutes or whenever you see them completely risen and nice and coloured.

My Best friend Charlie's recipe. Why complicate making Yorkshire puds - this works every time and is soooooo easy. Just play with the amounts depending on how many people you have.
