- 50g Butter. melted in the microwave until liquid
- 284 ml Buttermilk
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- small pinch Salt
- FROSTING
- 100g Mascarpone
- 100g Icing sugar
- 30g Cocoa powder
- FOR THE TOP AND MIDDLE
- 175g pouch Maltesers
