Beef Recipes

Beef is probably one of the most commonly eaten meats in the world and as a result a plethora of beef recipes exist. One of the key reasons for the popularity of beef recipes, apart from the protein and nutritional value of beef, is its versatility in cooking. Beef can be used in so many different ways, from family favourites using minced beef such as cottage pie or spaghetti bolognaise to spicy beef enchiladas and lovely stews like Beef Bourgignon and of course the old faithful Steak and Kidney  Pudding.

There are easy beef recipes that can be cooked up quickly after work like Fusion Chilli Beef or a simple Steak with a Lovely Sauce but whatever youre looking for, youre bound to find recipes for beef that you want to try - unless of course you are a vegetarian.

Lets not forget the traditional Sunday Roast Beef. This has become so much part of British Tradition just like Fish and Chips or a nice "cuppa". A posher version of the traditional roast beef is of course Beef Wellington which includes pastry, pate and mushrooms to lend a much richer taste and texture to the traditional beef recipe.
