Low Calorie Fruit Cake

Its is very low in calories, and is only 1 point per slice on weight watchers point system. I got the recipe from a friend when I joined Weigh Watchers

Method

Put all the fruit in a bowl and pour over a mug of tea black and leave over night.

Then add the flour and egg and mix together.

Then place in a loaf tin and bake for about 1 hour ten minutes or until done.

Leave to cool and then slice.

Hints 'n' Tips

This cake can be sliced and put in the freezer and defrosted easily when you need a snack.
