Baked Fish with Chilli Chutney

i like it bbecause it is very nice to eat.a friend made this for me.i would likle to dedicate to my daughter tracey

Method

1 to make teh chutney,heat the oil in a pan and add the onion and chilli.Cover the pan and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes,stirring from time to time until the onions have softened.Add the vingear and sugar.Stir well.Cover and cook for a further 5 minutes.
2.Meanwhile for teh fish,pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200c/400f.Rinse teh fish fillets and pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper towel.Place in a non stick roasting tin,skin side down.
3.Mix together the garlic and chilli,fish sauce,sugar,coiander and the lime zest.Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.serve the fish topped with chilli chutney,together with 3 scoops of mashed potatoes per serving and 2 tbsp sweetcorn
