it remembers of my mum when i prepare this dish and all love it.


make a paste of ginger garlic cinnamon cardamom cashew and almonds.heat oil in a big vessel, add the chopped onions. fry them till golden.then put the ground masala and fry well. while frying this paste, add three four spoon of wateryou will notice that oil floats on top. now add theic yogurt and chicken.season it well with salt turmermeric powder and chilli powder. cook for 10 minutes and add the coconut milk.cook till done, garnish with coriender leaves


1 Whole Chicken cut into pieces
Yogurt 1 cup
Onions Chopped 6
Ginger Paste 1 spoon
Garlic Paste 1 spoon
Cinemon Cardamoms 2
Cashewnuts 10
Almonds 10
Coconut Milk 1 cup
Oil 1/ 2 cup
Salt To Taste
Turmeric Powder 1/ 2 spoon
Chilli Powder 1/ 2 spoon
