Turkey Tumble

Ideal for turkey left overs


Cut the turkey meat into small pieces and place in a bowl with the rice,corn,green pepper and onion.
Combine the yoghurt, mayo and lemon juice and season well.
Fold the mixture through the turkey and rice and pile into a serving dish.
Garnish with water cress and serve with tossed lettuce and tomato salad


Cold Cooked Turkey 450g
Cooked White Rice 225g
Sweet Corn can 326g
Green Pepper 1 large seeded and cut into strips
Onions Chopped 1
Mayonnaise 2 tabsp
Yoghurt 2 tabsp
Lemon Juice 1 tabsp
Salt And Pepper
