Le Fabulous Parmesan Asparagus

A crunchy, zesty tribute to one of the south's most consumed vegetables


In a bowl combine sea salt, pepper, olive oil.
Add asparagus and coat well (tossing usually works the best).
Place on baking sheet or in a large glass dish.
Cook on 220 for 30 minutes, remove from oven, coat all asparagus with parmesan cheese.
Cook for a further 10 minutes or unit crispy..
