Monkeys DoughMeatball Bolognese

Meatballs smothered with bolognese sauce covered with a layer of cheese, topped with Dough balls


1. Preheat oven 200'C, Simmer wine & sugar in a pan 5 mins
2. Chop garlic & add to pan
3. Add tomato passata, herbs, soy sauce, bbq sauce
4. In a frying pan fry meatballs until brown
5. Baste Doughballs with garlic butter. In a pan boil some water for pasta
6. Add meatballs to a 12x12 inch baking dish
7. Cover with bolognese sauce
8. Add layer of grated cheese
9. Arrange the doughballs on top of the cheese
10. Add pasta to the boiling water
11. Place the baking dish into the oven for 10-14 mins. (Keep checking the Doughballs so they don't burn)
12. Drain off pasta
13. Serve required amount

Grated Cheese 200g
Red Wine 200ml
Tomato Passata 500g
Garlic 3 cloves
Mixed Herbs 2 teaspoons
Salt A Pinch
BBQ SAUCE A Good Squirt
Soy Sauce 2 Teaspoons
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
