Gino D'Acampo's Roasted Fresh Fruits with Grand Marnier

Method

Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Place the pears, plums, figs, peaches and halved oranges in a single layer in a roasting tin. Squeeze over the orange juice and bake in the centre of the oven for 18 minutes, stirring halfway.

Remove the tin from the oven and pour the Grand Marnier over the fruit. Bake for a further 6 minutes.

Divide the roasted fruits among four serving bowls and serve hot or warm. Squeeze over the roasted orange halves.

Small Oranges Halved Plus Juice Of 2 Small Oranges 2
Fresh Figs Halved 4
Peaches Quartered And Stoned 2
Pears Quartered And Cored 2
Plums Halved And Stoned 2
