Annie Bell's Strawberry and Pistachio Sundae

Pretty and with a hint of pink, this lazy sundae will please your inner child.

Method

1. Whisk the cream to fluffy peaks. Blend the marmalade and lemon juice in a bowl, and press through a sieve.
2. Allow the ice cream to soften slightly before serving. Place a small scoop of pistachio ice cream and one of strawberry in the base of each of four sundae glasses. Scatter the grapes on top, then dollop over a tablespoon of cream. Drizzle over the marmalade sauce and scatter with mini marshmallows.

Hints 'n' Tips

VARIATION Alternatively, for extra pinkness, you could use strawberry jam instead of the citrus marmalade.
