1. Cover the gelatine in cold water and soak until soft.
2. Heat 100ml of the cola in a small saucepan but do not allow to boil. Squeeze the soaking liquid out of the gelatine leaves, add to the cola and stir until dissolved. Take off the heat, mix in the remaining cola, then pass the entire amount through a fine sieve.
3. Pour evenly into four glasses and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
4. To serve, place a scoop of ice cream on top of the set jelly and sprinkle with the chopped cola-bottle sweets.
