1. Heat the oven to 180C. Grease and line 2 x 18cm sandwich tins.
2. Mix the first 6 ingredients together until smooth.
3. Put into the prepared tins and bake for 20-25 minutes until firm to the touch.
4. Leave to cool, take out of the tins and break into crumbs.
5. Melt the Galaxy chocolate, butter and golden syrup together in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave. Remove from the heat and stir in the cake crumbs (above), maltesers, malt biscuits and raisins until well combined.
6.Line a loose bottomed round cake tin with clingfilm (size depends on if you want a deep pan (use 8 inch tin)or thin and crispy (use 10 inch tin). Press the chocolate mixture into the cake tin and leave to set.
7. Once set, take out of the tin (discarding the clingfilm), dampen with a little water and cover with rolled out fondant icing - make the icing as thick or as thin as desired. Decorate with the raspberry jam (for the tomato sauce), maltesers (for meatballs) smarties (for tomatoes and basil) and grated white chocolate (for cheese).
8. Slice and serve (in a pizza box if possible!)
Thanks! :) You can vary what you mix through the melted chocolate mixture (digestive biscuits, cherries, coconut etc), but the person I was making this for happens to be Malteser mad!
