Ingredients

2litres chicken stock
2tbsp soy sauce
2cm ginger, peeled & finely chopped
1 pointed cabbage, shredded
2 pak choi, separated into leaves
2 Red Chilli. deseeded and finely sliced
2 skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2x15g packs garlic chives
Freshly ground black pepper

1. bring the stock & soy sauce to the boil. add remaining ingredients except garlic chives & seasoning.
2. simmer gently for 10mins,make sure chicken is cooked through, season well & serve scattered with the garlic chives.
