- 600ml double cream
- 150ml single cream

This American favourite, packed with chocolate, mini marshmallows and nuts, never fails to please.

Place the condensed milk and cocoa powder in a pan and place on a low heat. Stir for 6-8 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly, then stir in the double and single creams and the vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into an ice-cream maker and churn for 20-25 minutes (according to the manufacturer's instructions) or use the hand method (see links below) until almost set.
Transfer to a large bowl and fold in the nuts and marshmallows. Pour into a shallow, freezer-proof container, cover and chill for 2-3 hours. To serve, pour on the chocolate sauce.
