Take one whole cucumber and finely grate,leave to drain,abot 3 hours.Add the Greek yoghurt(I use Fage)2 cloves of finely chopped garlic,2 tbsps freshly chopped mint,.Leave to chill.Sereve with pitta bread triangles.
