- 200 gms Wholemeal Self-raising flour
- 50 ml Rice Bran Oil
- 100g Honey
- Β½ Tbsp Cinnamon
- 20 gms Oat bran (optional)
- 2 Eggs -beaten
- 50 gms Chopped mixed seeds or Nuts
- 2 Ripe Bananas

A great way to use up ripe Bananas and create a tasty indulgent cake packed full of goodness. Simply healthy and easy to make.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. This cake is best baked slowly.
Add all ingredients into the blender together and blend until smooth. If you can't get Rice Bran Oil then 50 mls of other oil suitable for baking or 50 grams of butter is fine.
Pour the cake mix into a greased loaf or cake tin and put in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 35 - 40 mins or until you can poke a skewer in and it comes out clean.
Take the cake out of the oven and turn onto a cooling rack.
Serve with custard or for a healthy choice creme fraiche mixed with vanilla yoghurt.
You can even serve slices spread with butter if you wish.
