- 1 cup White granulated sugar
- 2oz Butter
- 3 Mashed bananas
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Plain flour
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder

This is my sister-in-law's recipe given to my sister to make for her boyfriend to cheer him up while in hospital. I pinched it from Lulu's fridge. My husband & kids love it!!

1, Cream butter & sugar together. Add bananas and mix well.
2, Add in dry ingredients, stir until just combined then add the egg and mix well.
3, Line and grease a loaf tin and bake for 60-70 mins at 170degrees or gas mark 4
