Origin Pinot Grigio Organic

The nation's favourite tipple in an organic bundle. A great value wine,Β from Italy's ever popular Pinot Grigio grape. This wine is perfectly balanced with juicy pear and peach notes and soft floral aromas

Description

This is a really unusual British appetizer - a starter that's scrummy

Method

  1. 1

    1. hard boil the eggs. When cooked shell and put them in cold water - Put oven on to 190C

    2. Reduce bread to crumbs using cheese grater

    3. Reserve 3/4 bread crumbs for the stuffing and put the reaining quarter on a baking tray and toast (to make croutons)

    4. Cut the salami into slices and then cube it.

    5. Chop the egg and put in a mixing bowl and add in salami cubes and bread crumbs.

    6. Melt the butter and pour into the mixing bowl with the eggs

    7. Add mustard and curry powders and the milk and mix together.

    8. Cut the avocados in half and take out the stone. Lay on a baking sheet and brush the surface with lemon juice to prevent discolouration.

    9. Fill the centre with the stuffing mix and press down with the back of a spoon.

    10. Sprinkle each top with toasted breadcrumbs and dot with remaining butter.

    11. Cook for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
