- 150 g butter
- 75 g Caster sugar
- 1 table spoon vanila sugar
- 1 egg
- a dash salt
- a dasfh ground cardamom
- a dash ground clove
- a dash cinnamon
- 20 ml rom
- 100 g flour
- 150 g ground almond
- 100 g red currant jam
- caster sugar

Mix the ground almond with the flour and the spices in a bowl. Cut the butter into small dices and mix well with the flour mix, ad the sugar and the egg and leave in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.
Tuck the dough untill it is about 3 mm thick, use a cockie cutter and cut out about 50 cockies, poke a hole into half of them.
Bake in 200 degrees celcius for about 10 minutes.
Leave to cool and then spread the jam on the cockies without a hole, put the cockies whit a hole on top and leave to set, sprinkle with caster sugar.
