- 2 eggs
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups milk
- pinch of salt
- cinnamon and sugar
- nutella
- golden syrup
- butter and sugar (beure et sucre)

Great start to the day - really simple recipe for pancakes - anyone can do it!

1. Put all the ingredients for the pancake mixture in a blender and mix.
2. Put a little knob of butter in a large frying pan and melt it on low
3. Pour in the mixture and tip the pan to cover the base - cook and flip
and then repeat till mixture is finished...i tend to have to make more at that point!

It's my birthday tomorrow and the kids have offered to make me breakfast in bed, so I have chosen your recipe for them to cook for me - sooooo looking forward to a lie-in and a good lazy start to my day
