- 250ml milk

perfect for a nice hot day in the summer (not good for england because there is never a sunny day )

1. Chop Mars Bars and put in saucepan with milk.
2. Heat gently, stirring frequently, until all but a few unmelted bits remain.
3. Remove pan from the heat and place in a few inches of cold water to cool.
4. Stir the chilled cream into the mixture.
5. Still freeze, or churn until the consistency of whipped cream and then still freeze.
