- 250 mls Mix of Tomato Ketchup and teriyaki sauce
- 2 Onions
- 4 Chopped cloves of garlic

I shook my iphone for a recipe and this one came up. Thought it looked interesting, tried it this evening though I altered it slightly and result - delicious

Method I used today
In casserole pot I placed Diced Chicken and remainder of other ingredients. Bring to boil then either
Simmer on cooker for a hour
or
Place in slow oven for 3 hours - my method
Remove lid then let sauce simmer until reduced and thickened on stove, about 20 mins
Chef's Tips
The original recipe just had chicken breasts, coke and tomato ketchup and no onions or garlic!
I served with fried rice and entire family loved it
