This shake contains lot's of calcium from the milk and vitamins from the fruits. Good start in the morning.

Method

1. Get the banana, honey, eggs, milk and the apple in the blender and blend it about 5-10 min.
2. Pour it in glasses and decorate it with the rasberries on top.
