Smoothie

i like this recipe because it so tasty. my mum made in the summer holiday in 2000. when ever i drink it i feel cooled down. i will say that 10 and over can make this. "

   1. Get a blender.
   
   2. Pour half a liter of milk into the blender.
   Pour the yogurt in the blender.
   
   3. Wash the strawberrys then cut them up into little picec and put them into the blender.
   
   4. Peel the banana skin of the banana and cut the banana into little picec and put into the blender.
   
   5. Pour 2 teaspoons into the blender.
   Get a scoop of ice cream and put it in the bleander.
   
   6. Now swich on the blender and wait for 1 minute.
   
   7.Finaly get a large cup and poor some of the smoothie in to the cup and enjoy.
