Dolmio’s Taste of Italy sauces are a perfect way to enjoy a special night in, whether you’re looking to unwind and indulge in a quick and tasty meal or looking for a treat

Method

    Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta.
    Meanwhile, heat 4 tablespoons of the oil in a large frying pan.
    Coat the tuna chunks in flour and fry them in the olive oil for a few minutes just to seal the skin.
    Take the tuna out of the pan and set aside.
    Pour away the excess oil.
    Add the rest of the olive oil to the pan and fry the olives for a couple of minutes, then add the Dolmio Taste of Italy Tomato & Basil sauce and stock.
    Cook for a further 5 minutes and then put the tuna back into the pan.
    Add the drained cooked pasta, toss well to combine and serve.
