- 6oz Self raising flour
- 1tea spoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 2 lemons
- 4oz granulated sugar

Put marj, caster, flour, baking powder, eggs,milk & rind from the lemons into a bowl & mix well until smooth.
Line loaf tin & pour mixture in,
Put into oven 180
Topping
Put lemon juice (from the 2 lemons) into a bowl with Granulated sugar & stir.
Put topping on loaf as soon as it comes out of the oven. Leave in tin until cold
