- 30 ml Balsamic Vinegar
- 45 ml Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove crushed
- 15 ml Basil shredded

1. Mix together all dressing ingredients in a screw top jar.
2. Season to taste.
3. Shake well to combine.
4. Pour over the mixed salad and toss until coated.
