- 300g dried pasta shapes
- 4 large free range eggs
- 4 heaped tbsps mayonnaise
- 3 tbsps chopped fresh chives, coriander or parsely
- salt and pepper

Method

Cook the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions and drain well. Meanwhile hard boil the eggs.
Chop the cooked eggs and mix together with all of the other ingredients. Season to taste.
