- 185g tin Tuna in spring water

This quick and easy, healthy variation, can me made up and kept in the fridge for when you are feeling peckish.
Method

Drain the tuna. (Tuna in oil or brine can be used, but I prefer the tuna in spring water.)
Combine the mayo, chutney and curry powder.
Stir in the tuna with a fork, breaking up the flakes, but not 'mashing' the tuna.
Serve with crusty bread and a salad.
Chef's Tips
More or less curry powder can be added according to taste.
A few sultanas also add a touch of sweetness to this recipe.
