- 150 grams(10 slices) chorizo

- 400 g tin chopped tomato
- 100g/150g tiger prawns (frozen will do)
- 200g monkfish or any chunky fish/chicken
- 1 litre vegetable stock
- 2 handfuls per person rice

1. Fry onions and garlic (add chicken)
2. Add chorizo, tomatos and saffron
3. If using fish, add then add the stock and rice. Do not stir when cooking, simmer
4. When fully absorbed leave off ring with newspaper covering to cool slightly
