This is such a great recipe, the flavours are absolutely amazing. I actually came up with the idea, i'm 17 years old, and i absolutely love cooking. Hope you all like it! :)

Prepare all your veg.

Dice the onion.

Cut all the carrots and potatoes chunky.

Using a saucepan, put a little oil in with the onions until softened for about 3 minutes with a little garlic.

Cook off the chicken breast.

Put 2 pints of water into the saucepan with all your diced veg.

Add dried herbs, cracked black pepper, and maybe some Worcestershire sauce.

Simmer for about an hour.

Once it's cooked, serve with chunky bread and butter!

Hi, I tried this and it is so quick and easy to make the only change I made was to use a Knorr chicken stockpot instead of a cube. It was a really flavoursome soup and just the thing for a supper dish .
