Description

A super simple canape that can be made in minutes!

Method

  1. 1

Cut the slices of ham in half and cut the mozzarella in to bit size pieces.

Take one piece of mozzarella and place in one piece of ham. Roll into a cigar shape and place on your serving platter. Repeat until all the ham and mozzarella have been used.

That is it! Very simple but extremely tasty. You can add extras like fresh basil leaves, tapenade etc.

Hi, Ive not tried cooking them as I love parma ham uncooked too much. :)

You could try it but mozzerella has quite a high water content so they could get a bit soggy - let me know how it goes if you do try!
