A really quick, easy and very tasty supper snack for all the family

Halve a ciabatta roll.
Spread mango chutney on the bottom half and top it with smoked ham,cheddar cheese and thinly sliced tomato.
Replace the top half and toast on both sides until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serve with a dressed mixed salad.
( I cook mine in a George Formann style grill which creates a wonderfully crispy panini...And it means that I dont have to turn it... Well I am a bloke).
