- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Hot water

1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
2. Cream butter and sugar using an electric beater until light and fluffy.
3. Sift flour into a large bowl, add cornflakes, coconut and cocoa powder. Stir to combine. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture until well combined.
4. For each biscuit, place one tablespoon of mixture onto prepared baking trays about 3 cm apart. Bake for 10-12 mins until starting to brown.
5. Let the biscuits cool on wire rack.
6. To make icing, combine all ingredients and stir until smooth. Drizzle icing over warm biscuits then leave until icing sets.
Chef's Tips
* This recipe is a lot easier if the butter is melted.
