Description
I love making these with my kids. They are very easy to make and don't tend to last long in our house, because I'm a total biscuit fiend.
Method

1
Blend the margarine with the peanut butter and then stir in both the sugars
Stir in the flour to make a dough.
Shape the mixture into 18 balls. Space them out onto baking trays and flatten them slightly.
Bake each tray for about 15 minutes at 200ΒΊC/400ΒΊF until pale brown.
Leave to cool slightly before very carefully transferring them to a cooling rack.

Chef's Tips
Adjust the baking time (Β±2 mins) depending on whether you like them slightly soft and chewy, or crisp and crumbly.
Try using soft brown sugar instead of demerara.
Made them today using crunchy peanut butter spread, will make again and again and again many thanks
Thanks :)
