- 1 banana
- 3-4 strawberry
- 1 cup pineapple
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. almonds

Great Mother's Day breakfast in bed.

1 Slice up the banana and strawberries and place them in a wineglass.
2. Drainh and crush the pineapple.
3. In a medium bowl, with an electric mixer on high speed, beat the heavy cream with the vanilla extract.
4. Fold the drained pineapple into the whipped cream.
5. Spoon the pineapple cream over the strawberries
and the bananas.
6. Garnish with the sliced almond.
