1. Tear the parma ham into pieces about 5 cm across.
2. Divide the rocket leaves between four cold plates and arrange the parma ham among the leaves.
3. Scatter over the prawns then drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each salad.
4. Finally, grind over some black pepper and serve.
