- 28g butter
- 2 tbsps water
- to taste salt & pepper
- ½ tsp dried herbs
- small bunch or fresh herbs

I have no memory of where I got this from. Makes a lovely side dish.

Scrub the potatoes, do not peel. Place in a casserole with all the ingredients, cover closely with greaseproof paper or foil and a lid.
Bake in a pre-heated overn at 180degrees for about 50 mins or until the potatoes are tender.
