Ingredients
- 500gms White Fish Fillet (any kind)
- ΒΎ Cup Vinegar
- ΒΌ Cup Water
- 3 Small Onions thinly sliced
- 2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Cornflour
- 2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 10 Black Pepper Corns
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Quick easy to make and keep in fridge for standby light quick summer meals

Cut fish into neat slices, steam.(Set Aside)
Mix vinegar with water and bring to boil and add sliced onions
Mix together curry powder,cornflour,sugar and sprinkling of salt and pepper.
Cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
Place fish in a Glass dish/or pickling bottle and pour over the curry mixture adding the peppercorns and bay leaf.
Keep in fridge for 3 to 4 days to mature before using.
