Ingredients
- 14oz Sandwich cake mix
- 1 tbspn self raising flour
- ½ tspn mixed spice
- 2 oz Saltanas
- 2 oz peel. mixed and chopped (optional)
- 2 oz chopped walnuts

1. Pre-heat the oven to 325 f/160 c, gas mark 3. Then line a tin 7 1/2 x 3 1/4 x 2 1/4
2. Mix all the ingredients together and bake for an hour.
