- 4 fl ozs orange juice or alcohol such as sherry
- 1 packet ginger biscuits

Ginger & Cream with orange juice or sherry

1. Whip the cream until firm.
2. Dip the biscuits in the juice (or alcohol if no children)
3. Sandwich the biscuits together with the cream, make 2 rows, then cover all over with cream, and chill for 20 minutes. Or freeze for later use.
Chef's Tips
When serving cut diagonally across this will give an impressive striped effect.
