- 6 oz Bread without crusts
- 4 oz Honey
- 2 oz sugar
- 2 oz Butter
- ½ orange orange rind (grated)
- 1 level tspn ginger
- ligtly buttered 2 lb loaf tin
- 16 paper cases

1. Place all the ingredients in saucepan on low heat untilt eh butter has melted, then remove from heat and beat until the ingredients form a paste.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a loaf tin. Chill until firm, then cut inmto 16 fingers.
3. Remove the fingers from tin and place in paper cases.
