Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
These are lovely, but take out of oven slightly before you think they are ready. They should melt in the mouth when cold, not be hard.

preheat oven to 350 F. Butter large baking dish.
Sift first 4 ingredients into med. bowl. Beat butter until fluffy, add sugar and vanilla, beat until blended. Add flour mixture and beat until moist clumps form. Mix in oats with spatula [ dough will be vry firm] Add choc. chips and knead to blend.
Using moistened palms, shape 1 generous tablespoon int a ball. Place on greased sheet,flatten to 2" round. Repeat, placing dough about 2" apart.
Bake until centre is slightly firm and top is cracked. Cool on sheet.
