- 3 oz self raising flour
- 1 oz cornflour
- 3 oz butter or margarine
- 1 tbspn caster sugar
- ½ tspn finely grated lemon rind
- ½ beaten egg

1. Sift the two flours together and rub with the butter until it looks like breadcrumbs.
2. Stir in the other ingredients and bind together.
