Ingredients
- 400g Pasta - preferably penne or conchiglietti / approx two cereal bowls full
- Four spoonfuls Philadelphia light cheese with garlic & herbs
- 6 - 8 Slices of chorizo
- 4 - 5 Slices of thin smoked ham
- 1 small packet Dolmio Carbonara
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- Salt
- Lemon pepper

1. Add water to a medium sized saucepan and bring to the boil. Add in the pasta and stir in the olive oil. Keep temperature just below boiling and stir occasionally.
2. Pour the Dolmio packet into another pan and spoon in the philadelphia. Roll up the ham and slice into small piece. Repeat with the chorizo and add both meats to the sauce.
3. As the pasta becomes soft, put the sauce on a high heat and stir until the philadelphia has melted.
4. Drain the oily water from the pasta and pour into two cereal bowls. Divide the sauce evenly over each and add a sprinkle of salt and lemon pepper for seasoning.
