- 10 tbsp. caster sugar
- 4 zest and juice of lemon
- 1.5 L rose wine
- 250 ml peach schnapps
- 5 peach sliced
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 L tonic

1. Dissolve the sugar in water with the lemon zest.
2. Cool, pour into a jug and add the wine, lemon juice and schnapps.
3. Serve it on ice with the fruit and top up with the tonic as you like it.
